Why We Built This Site
Idaho gives the public access to many public records, but Minidoka County records do not all live behind one search box. Trial court case status is searched through Idaho iCourt. Filed court documents and certified copies are requested through the clerk where the case was filed. Tonya Page is listed locally as Clerk of the District Court, Recorder, and Auditor, which means court, recorder, board, and county-record routing can overlap in one office. Sheriff records, arrest files, booking sheets, and police reports use the Sheriff's Records Division instead.

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to Minidoka County, Idaho courts, the Idaho Judicial Branch, the Sheriff's Office, the Clerk's Office, Mini-Cassia Criminal Justice Center, or any state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot file paperwork or send records requests on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any court document or vital record
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, address, or office hour listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court, clerk, sheriff, jail, or state vital-records office can provide an official record or certified copy.
